We have assessed that this interest is not overridden by the interests of the individuals concerned, given that we contact them exclusively in their professional capacity, on the basis of their prior commercial activity, with relevant and targeted communications that include a clear opt-out mechanism. A full Legitimate Interest Assessment is available on request.
Retention: For as long as the individual remains active in a relevant professional role in the music industry, subject to the exercise of the right to erasure.
4.2 Artist and Booking Management
What we do: Manage artist bookings, negotiations, and touring arrangements.
Data processed: Artist name, contact details, booking history, financial information, agent and management details.
Lawful basis: Performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK/EU GDPR).
Retention: For the duration of the management or booking relationship and for 6 years thereafter for legal and accounting purposes.
4.3 Consultant and Service Provider Engagement
What we do: Engage and pay consultants and service providers.
Data processed: Name, contact details, bank account details, right to work documentation, tax information.

6. International Transfers
Some of our third party processors are based outside the UK and European Economic Area (EEA).
